Rick Brown
 Brown in in his first year as the coach for the 2013 Worlds Development Team. Prior to this position, Brown has been the Head Coach of the Development Camp at Three Rivers Rowing Association for the last four years. In conjunction with his JR Team duties, Brown serves as the Executive Director of TRRA. Brown has coached at a diverse group of locations including UC Santa Barbara, the Marin Rowing Association and Three Rivers Rowing Association as well as beginning his rowing career and rowing for four years at Bates College. Having a Masters Degree in Sport Management, coupled with his wide range of experience, has helped Rick become an adept teacher and a great communicator. Throughout his coaching career, Rick has shown a dedication in fostering an environment for his teams that only supports winning and improving. Three Rivers Rowing Association won club of the year in 2010, a great honor for both the club and for Coach Brown.
He also brings many years of coaching nationally competitive boats collegiately and at the junior level. During the school year, Rick is also the Head Coach for the Three Rivers Rowing Association Juniors team.
